When our car brokedown, and one of the major breakdown service quoted us a ridiculous amount, a quick Google search linked us to instant breakdown recovery. A gentleman by the name of Jay came quite speedily and was so helpful. He managed to load the car within minutes and towed us home. He was kind enough to use his 12 years of mechanic expertise to offer us some invaluable, impartial advice regarding the next steps with our car. Highly recommended. Bought my car back off insurance company and needed it moved to be fixed at a family friends . I Called this company after a google Search. I asked if he had availability for the next day ? he said he could squeeze me in the afternoon (perfect). He gave me a ETA on the day & was really easy to transfer payment . He also called me to confirm it had been dropped off . Excellent customer service , professional & great price.

Great communication and came in a timely manner overall a great an experience and great price compared to AA’s offer off 300 for the same distance. Added bonus allowed me to hitch a ride closer to where I lived which was in the same direction he was going, saved me 40 minutes of travelling.

Honest review: My car failed to start on the side of the road in London. The RAC tow truck estimated the time to tow my car at 6 to 10 hours. Quite amusing, isn’t it? Thankfully, I found Instant Breakdown Recovery through a Google search. I am extremely pleased with the speedy service – the young man arrived within 8 minutes. Highly recommended!
